In March 2025 Ginger & Sanders were devastated by the loss of our founder, colleague, and friend Zita Ginger

‍Zita was a Co-founder of Ginger and Sanders Property Rentals Limited set up in 2012. She had over 20 years’ experience in the property letting industry and was well known and respected in the Eastbourne local community for her open, honest, and fair approach.

She originally head-hunted Peter to manage a troublesome block of flats where she owned a property and after a couple of meeting employed his company. During this process Peter was quite taken by her direct approach and asked why she was working for someone else and not herself. Within a matter of weeks Zita resigned from her current post and decided to set up Ginger & Sanders Property Rentals and the rest as they say is history.

Having built up the business over 12 years Zita took retirement in March 2024 due to ill health.

After a long battle, which showed her strength and determination, she sadly passed away on Sunday 30th March 2025. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her, but her legacy will carry on within the business.
