Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint about the service that you have received from Ginger & Sanders Property Rentals LTD. you should put your concerns in writing to the address given. The correspondence will be acknowledged within three working days. The matter will then be investigated and a full response sent to you within fifteen working days.

If you feel the matter remains unresolved you need to address your complaint to the Director at the address given, who will conduct an investigation and respond with a final point of view.
