Zita Ginger has 18 years experience in the property letting industry and is well known and respected in the Eastbourne local community. She holds the relevant qualifications, and brings her previous experience in Hotels and Holiday Resort Management to give an exceptional understanding of our various customers’ needs. Ms Ginger has also been working closely with the Eastbourne council relating to different classes of property use and tenant related issues. She will provide our landlords with practical, theoretical and strategic expertise in this challenging and rewarding environment.
Peter Sanders has 25 years experience in private lettings and in the last 15 years has specialised in residential block management, winning awards locally and nationally for customer service in this field. He is very proud of the success of Ginger & Sanders and looks forward to pushing the business in new directions over the coming years.
Daniel Crick heads up our residential sales division. He’s been an estate agent for 17 years, starting as a junior Negotiator in a corporate agency and quickly grasped a wide knowledge of the business exceeding targets and going the extra mile. He has also managed an independent agency locally. Dan has an excellent knowledge of Eastbourne and the surrounding villages, and he is proud to do a task well and to the best of his abilities.
James Sibley is our Lettings Manager. James’ drive is excellent customer service and contributing to an ever expanding business. Stepping foot in the industry through an internship in an estate agents in France to qualifying as an Associate Member of the RICS, James is now building on his career in the lettings sector. For James, property is a real passion thanks to extensive experience in France in property renovations. James looks forward to helping you with any queries you may have.
Lisa Sanders is Ginger & Sanders Financial Director, handling the business accounts for the company. She’s been involved in property for over 13 years and is proud to work closely with her husband Peter on both Ginger & Sanders and Sanders Property Management.
