What is in store for 2026?

As we start to look at the year ahead, we wanted to take a moment to say a very genuine thank you for working with us in 2025. We truly value your business, support and being part of our success.

2025 was a big year for Ginger & Sanders. From expanding our HMO portfolio, selling all types of properties, welcoming new clients and contractors and of course venturing back into the world of residential block management -  it’s been busy in the best possible way.

So, what’s new for 2026? We look forward to further expansion in each department - Lettings, Block Management and Sales. As part of our expansion plans we have employed Clare to join the team here at G&S. Clare brings with her a wealth of experience in the customer service industry together with organisational skill and a bubbly personality that will enhance our ability in the continuation of offering great personal service.

We look forward to continuing our support of various local charities such as Children with Cancer Fund and The Children’s Respite Trust as well as The Big Cat Sanctuary. As in previous years we donate funds, time and raffle prizes to each and all of these three and attended various events such as annual balls and dinners. Peter even organised the first annual dinner for The Children with Cancer Fund which was so successful he has been given this job again this year. Lisa enjoyed her previous skydive for the Big Cats so much that she is taking part in this again in July with several other ladies for The Children’s Respite Trust. Peter continues to work as a volunteer keeper at The Big Cat Sanctuary in Smarden, Kent on a Thursday.

In March we said a sad farewell to our lettings Queen and Co-founder Zita, whos spirt lives on and will never be forgotten.

So, thank you for another great year of working together. We hope you enjoyed a well earned break and had a lovely Christmas and as we head into the New Year we hope you are feeling refreshed and excited for the year ahead as we are.
